Gentle walking group for carers

We are currently waiting for the weather to get warmer and will be back walking in the Springtime

The wellbeing of parent carers of SEND can often be overlooked and her at the Special Needs Circle we want to change that. Gentle walking has so many benefits. It improves mood, reduces stress and depression , improves self esteem and can help with weight management. Joining our walking group will give you a chance to connect with other parent carers and volunteers from The Special Needs Circle.

All walks will be pushchair and wheelchair friendly, children and well behaved, sociable dogs will be welcome.

To let us know your coming and so we can keep in touch should this event be cancelled due to inclement weather please click on the link to grab a ticket.

Friends and family welcome too
